so besides the tech guys who are gluing balloons to their willies or adding a gnarly looking zipper (anyone seen Something About Mary?), how do most cold water divers handle the pee issue when diving drysuit?
Easy on the coffee, don't overhydrate, take a leak just before suiting up and kitting up.

Immersion diuresis is much less of an issue when diving dry than when diving wet, so most of those I know are able to hold it for an hour or so. I mean, how often do you have to piss topside?
 
Yep, some suits can be delivered with a small, strategically located horizontal zipper.

Not much help for the ladies, though.
