Allkare wipes. You can also get Remove wipes but they sting.

I don't have any suggestions other than a warm shower, but I know one of my Mexican cave diving buddies couldn't get his off for two days . . . :)
 
You guys are too funny. I'll remember to start carrying a crowbar with me. Ya, those Texas style catheters work great, they will never come off! I love the pee-valve!!!! Thanks for all the great responses.
 
Easiest way is to squat down as far as you can, and step on the tip of the cath...then stand up quickly.

*Note* Don't do this in the shower.
