The Whites are a bilaminate; I prefer a trilam fabric myself.

I agree. Most bilaminate suits use a nylon exterior fabric with a polyurethane coating on the inside. They work great until the inner coating starts to wear or crack and they are very prone to developing seam leaks that are then very difficult if not impossible to fix. They are less expensive but potentially have the shortest service life of any of the basic dry suit designs. You will get far longer service out of a neoprene suit for similar money.

If you want to make it easy on yourself, head to http://www.dansdiveshop.ca/

There isn't much on their site, but they sell a range of DUI and Bare (among others) for much less than you'd find in the States. Nice guys, they'll help you find exactly what you need if you call or email them. I have a Bare ATR HD and it kicks butt... I got it with drygloves installed for under $900 shipped. Top quality suit.

BTW... you don't have to capitalize every word. Really.

:)

I have been a commercial diver for 15 years and for the last 10 years I have been diving a DUI CF200. I can also say I still dive this suit. I have dove alot of dry suits and won't switch after finding the CF 200. I have not used a dry suit that matches its comfort, durability and workmanship than the CF200. The navy seals use the DUI probably for the same reason. I have alot of friends that use CF200's and can probably find a good used one for you at half the cost.Good luck!

Update....did The Drysuit Class, And That Was Good. Used A Coudoura Suit. Didnt Like That. Too Stiff. But I Did Try A Dui 50 50 Flex, And That My Friends Is A Holy Grail. I Really Liked It.
Now I Am Scouring The Web For A Good Deal On One, And Like I Said Earlier...it Aint Cheap.

So....anyone Out There Got One Used They Want To Part With!!!!!
Or If You See One, Send Me The Link...ingreevox@aol.com...i Appreciate It!

I found a DUI CF200 That is an XL that will probably work for you. It is a front entry suit and the neoprene neck and wrist seals are in very good shape and the zipper has been replaced by DUI. The boots (which have soles) look like they are about a size 10.5-11.5. My friend says the suit has very little use and it looks like it. He wants $1100. E-mail me if interested or my phone # is 206 424-9711. Thanks!
