Sorry About That, Forgot The List! Lol
The Arm Mounted Air Release Valve.

I Assume That It Would Be Better Than Shoulder Release, So You Can Get It Up Higher.
Also, What About Self Donning. I Like The Idea Of Being Self Reliant.
Thanks Again

I can get into my back zip on my own, it's just a whole lot more convenient with another person to help. Front zips are the same way, sometimes you need help working your arm out. Either way, it's nice to have another person to zip you up or help you out..

Just my opinions, though..

I have just ordered my first dry suit Abyss Pro with Sitec valves.. I am from New Brunswick, and water temperature get's about 40F or less.. depending if I am diving ocean or lake in the winter.. summer it's about 65F. I order a Canadian Made suit by Abyss.. mind you, the base model suit is $1100CND or a little less. Mine was $1500CND, and custom made for $50.00 more and with a pocket. I think you'd be best paying the little extra to have a suit custom fit.. it's better to have it fit right then have leaks. Take a look http://www.abyssdivingsuits.com/ I have heard great things about the suits... Do your research. and I know a lot of folks on here have great advice for you..

DA Aquamaster:
My current drysuit is a Scubapro Cape Horn trilaminate that I bought slightly used form a guy in Florida for under $300. Other than the cuff mounted dump valve I like it a lot. E-bay is an option that can save you a lot of money but it helps to know exactly what you are buying, what size you need and what it is really worth.

Have to agree here. If you can by slightly used or used it will save you bucks. I picked up a never used Bare Trilam ATR Light (MSRP $1300) for 700 bucks. The guy bought the wrong size and needed to offload it. Just keep your eyes out for a used one in your size, you might be lucky too.

I say go to all these LDS and rent one and try it see how it fits and handles for you. I know myself I did this and ended up getting a Atlan 5mm neoprene and I like it cause it fits close and has no drag witch is very nice. But that is just my opinion.

There are killer deals to be had here:
http://www.dui-online.com/newsite/fr.htm

These are DUI suits that are generally in new or like new condition. Not all are great deals, but some are excellent. You need to know what you're looking for, and be very aware of your measurements.

Still, if you happen to be in the right place at the right time, you can score a DUI drysuit for a sweet price.

Just another data point!

Thanks Everyone For The Input. Needless To Say The Class Is Two Days Away, And I Am Very Excited To Do It.
I Am Gonna Lay Off Buying And Definitely Try A Few Rentals. Thats A Great Idea. It Seems Dui Is The Holy Grail Of Suits, I Like The Whites, But I Hate The Bear On The Knee Bit, The Should Lose That. I Found A Low End Dacor Which Is Nice.
But I Found A Great Undergarment Place. Tj's Softwear. Custom Jobs And Quick Service.
Otherwise Till Sunday When I Get Wet For The First Time In 04, Cya In The Water And Thanks Again.

White suits.. are actually not as good as people may think. They have been having a lot of problems with the suits, and they say they have solved the problem, but yet the same problem occurs. I was talking to my LDS owner when purchasing my Abyss Explorer, he used to deal with Whites but stopped because of all the problems with the suits.

The Whites are a bilaminate; I prefer a trilam fabric myself.

Update....did The Drysuit Class, And That Was Good. Used A Coudoura Suit. Didnt Like That. Too Stiff. But I Did Try A Dui 50 50 Flex, And That My Friends Is A Holy Grail. I Really Liked It.
Now I Am Scouring The Web For A Good Deal On One, And Like I Said Earlier...it Aint Cheap.

So....anyone Out There Got One Used They Want To Part With!!!!!
Or If You See One, Send Me The Link...ingreevox@aol.com...i Appreciate It!
