24 hour turn around on repairs, and if you are DIY kinda person they sell seals that are heat activated. You can also get the SI neck ring soon enough that will allow seal changes without without glue once it is installed. Much like a DUI ZIP seal. SI is also making wrist seal rings too.

That is a good site Thanks. I saw the kit for the Neck seal ring kit but could not find the seal that went with it?

Pretty much any neck seal works. Dive Rite In sells standard neck seals for it. See neck seal here. The new type neck seal seen as the white one in the SI ring kit is supposed to be coming soon. I believe it is made of silicon and looks dang cool. Supposed to be much tougher than the latex too. A quick phone call to them will answer any questions.
