Well this is a new topic - sorry I don't have any advice to give - other than ask this question on the Cozumel 4 You facebook page its an open group page with 90% of the pisters there Coz residents or regulars. Any question about finding stuff available on the island will get an answer there. Good luck.

If you dont use facebook or are uncomfortable posting your question there, let me know and I will pose the question for you.

Speechless.
What? It's a reasonable discussion about responsible parenting in the jet age. I think all three of us kids were breast fed, and both of my grandkids were breast and pump fed - the latter now much more common with working moms and more.

We found a who tsa page devoted to this, they do allow you to bring it thru. Packed with dry ice even.

Those of us who think you may have difficulty carrying it through are not worried about TSA but 1) Mexican security (not sure what they are called)- they do not use the same rules as TSA and 2) Customs, which again, has a separate set of rules (though with the current breastfeeding climate in the US, I would think there would be an uproar if they didn't allow it). So Mexican security is the main thing you need to check.

(It also looks like you may have trouble with it as a carry on, if that is what you intend to do, since you do not have the baby with you. It looks like breastmilk may only be exempted from the liquid rules if there is a baby to feed- so you might have to check it.)

We discuss diving and everything else here, so no problem. I think Gordy uses dry ice to take fish home...
If it is I of whom you speak, I have indeed brought frozen fish back from Cozumel, but I never used dry ice. I just froze the fish solid and packed it in an ice chest wrapped in newspapers. It's a short flight back to Austin.

Yea I know its a little off-beat for a topic. A year ago I woulda said GROSS. But lately my life is full of bodily products of all different sorts. You just get used to it, and the little bugger is totally worth it!

It's great to have a different subject to discuss here now and then, and this is a very worthy one. Hope the Mexican security lets your plan work, the USDA doesn't hassle you, and you let us know. ;)
