Took me about 4 hrs to make the prototype. 2nd one took about 30 min. I think it cost less than $7.

Tools: Dremmel, drill, skill saw.

Materials: 4" ABS (or PVC) joint, 1" PVC coupling, 10-pack stainless steel screws (two per handle), 1/8" bungie, super glue, bolt snap.
