Besides , I can see a lot of trouble you can get into being pushed at 5 knots , head first ... a DPV you can let go of , how long does it take you to get your feet off of this thing (even though there not strapped onto it) and at that speed , DCI is just a heartbeat away if you do something wrong

This thread spurred a childhood memory for me.....does anyone else remember a cartoon called "Marine Boy"? He could breathe water, and had underwater propulsion boots.
