In what instance would someone want to use twin Alum 80's vs Steel's?
 
without the use of a drysuit.

Double steels would be too negatively bouyant without redundant bouyancy in the event the wing/bc would fail.

I also use 80's with a drysuit, but started with them when I did not have a drysuit.
