Yes, the Fleetwing is an easy shore dive. It even has a web page,
http://www.wisconsinshipwrecks.org/explore_fleetwing_intro.cfm .
The wreck is within 200 hundred feet of an old boat launch and is in a bay that is protected on three sides. That and the fact that there is a rock bottom provides you with consistantly good viz. I have yet to dive this wreck where the viz has been less then fifty feet. There is not much left of the wreck itself, but it makes a great novice dive or a dive to tweak equipment. We did this after diving Porcupine Bay which is close by. Another shore dive, you can reach depths of 70+ feet fairly quickly. Usually there are many good size small mouth bass hanging around.
Green Bay scuba offers a shore diving guide to Door county that features 29 dives. It costs a couple of bucks, like $2.50, but if your interested in shore diving this area it is indespenseable.
Heres another shot. These are loose ships timbers that after many years of rolling on the bottom resemble giant tooth picks.
