Hi everyone,
I am going to the Philippines on Friday to go to Donsol. Should I book the snorkelling with an agent before I go or is it easy to book it myself when I get there?

Also, I read that the wait time to get assigned a snorkelling boat can take some time, is this true???

any other tips you may have would be welcome!
