Have heard good things about the dolphin reserve at Anthony's and would love to have the chance to interact with the dolphins during our visit. Can anyone tell me if you have done the dive or the snorkel and which experience is better.

laserdoc:Also heard that some boat captains may stop for you to swim with them on a dive trip if they see them. This way it would be a bonus to that trip since they would be free dolphins..........Anyone else heard of some doing this??
Thanks!!! Sounds like a good last day thing to do. Also the girlfriend and her daughter want to do the zip line tour. Not the combat one but the other (not as hard) one,,,,,we are not 20 or even 30 or 40 anymore!!!RoatanMan:Yes, it's a pretty common occurance where you are going~ to CoCoView. As the boats head East from CCV, they pass First Bight ("bay") near Parrot Tree. That's where the wild Dolphins seem to cruise. This is also where the Killer Whales and the Pilot Whales were seen & snorkeled with.
Must be good eats in the vicinty.
It is also common to look into the sunset from CCV and see the Dolphins popping out of the water off shore of French Key (West of Fantasy Island).
The AKR Dolphin Snorkel is an excellent "last day" activity for off-gassing before the air flight.
