Wondering if anyone can provide feedback on these tanks. I cant find info. can buy one for $100 with fresh Hydro. Looking to use it as a backup.

write the series of numbers/letters stamped around the neck of the tank
 
That's all I got. I just requested the whole stamp. It's a 3500psi. I was only able to find that they are made by coyne. But stats and such are non existent..
