Who needs a road? Several of those beasts that I posed have 39" superswampers on them. Asphalt is merely an inconvenience towards finding some otherwise pleasant country side to mual a trail on. :D

From what I can see they just make very good bonfires. And are so heavy they bog down where other 4x4s can make it straight through. :)

LOL All cars make a good fire when started right. The more padding the more the fire... also, anyone who gets a 4x4 thats geared like the military HMMVV shouldnt be driving one :D Of course, they still can't go down the trails I take my 4x4 ranger through and have yet to get stuck...slowed down yes, but not stuck :D

When you're next in the UK, Marie, gimme a call!

Last time I was there I ended up in the Moors with my uncle, Mike Allan (Writer on old cars) in a rally. We were in a Zepher. It was amazing. I would love to do that again.

A Zephyr ? In a rally ? Now thats a bizarre thought , it must have cornered like a pig on rollerskates.

Well, the current retail price for a new 4.5 Cerbera is £46,500, which is about US $80k. Compare that to the only cars that come remotely close to it in regards to handling & performance, Lambo Murci & Gallardo, a couple of the Ferraris, Porsche GT, Koenigsegg etc which all cost from 3-6 times as much.

Mine is 5 years old with 30,000 on the clock and I picked it up for £22k. About the same price as a 2 yr old BMW 325 coupe, which has no more room in the back than this thing does (well, maybe a little!)

If you have seen the film Swordfish they used a TVR Tuscan in that. But in true fashion they had the Yank SUV thing keeping up with it. Err.... I don't think so....

There is a Tuscan in the new Looney Tunes film as well, though of course in real life they can't fly!

I bet that will be a lot of fun.....

They were all antiques so we weren't doing break neck speeds. It's really neet though going through all the little towns and seeing people just stop in their spot. I have a 49 ford coupe in the back yard right now. It's the ex's car but if he doesn't move it soon it will be mine.
