I really believe the insurance premiums would be cheaper on a submarine with a canvas hood.

CBulla:Hmmm.. looks like fun if I had some sort of road track to play on.. unfortunately a vehicle like that would only see any realy use in a place called oh.. Nevada or Arizona where there are open stretches of road that you can get out of 1st gear.
