hey all i was wondering if anyone in san diego dives off of the strand.
If so where do you go, is there anything good to see
what are the avg conditions

i like diving in la jolla, but it would be nice to be able to dive real close to IB (since i live there) and usually there is always parking in ib and on silver strand beach.

also for that matter does anyone dive in ib? although i cant think of anything that would be in ib but it would be nice

I don't know if this is the same 'Strand' you are talking about, but here is a link from under March Dive Reports:

thanks but no the strand i am talking about is in san diego, it ties imperial beach to coronado island. actually called silver strand beach.
closer to coronado island is where the navy seals do their training.

but orange county sounds like it has some nice diving might have to check it out someday.

I dont know how good the diving is off the Strand, but here are a couple of links that might give you a good reference:maptech link and a bit of a swim and deep too!
Good luck! Come up to the O.C. and see why the diving is great up here!
