I use tables on every dive to set a "max dive time" timer on a digital watch based on my expected max depth. Other than that, it's just a quick reference for SI times and to keep me used to the concept of using them in case my computer dies.

Didn't answer the poll because none of the answers was applicable. Like a few before me said, I use a bottom timer. I generally like to keep my dive profiles very conservative, and use the GUE 30-30 quick calculation rule. It helps that my favorite place to dive is on a shallow coral reef. If I think that I might be close to a limit given the plan, I will look at a table to have an accurate picture of what the limit really is. I always have air and Nitrox tables in my bag.
