I just arrived back from Indonesia yesterday. In general the immigration guys tend to stamp the entry and exit stamps right on the visa sticker. They have done this on my passport for the past four years.

I can't think of any reasons why an short term ordinary Visa on Arrival tourist would ever need more than one page.

Airport Departure Tax, international from Manado is still 75,000 rupiah (about $7) payable after check in before going upstairs there is a pay counter near the stairs.

Different airports have different departure taxes.

Visa on Arrival for 30 day visa is still US$25 in US cash. For a short stay it is less. There are rumors that there will be a 60 day visa on arrival option in the near future. This would be welcome. I met a couple who flew to Davao in the Philippines and flew back to Manado on the same plane one hour later just to get a new visa.
