Yes, my save a dive kit is your save a dive kit. I've always got more than I need of "stuff". I loan rashguards, jackets, booties, socks, fins, masks, etc. I only ever have one serviced set of regs and my old bcd is available to whoever wants it but it's a Dacor, so probably no worries there. Absolutely nothing wrong with it, last use but who knows now, as it's not been wet in years.

I suppose I would lend my reg and/or bc but wouldn't be entirely comfortable about it. Not really sure why I feel that way.
 
Of course I lend gear, all the time. All the members of my club do it. We lend tanks, weights, weight belts and even regs. As someone has mentioned, so long as it is in or at least thought to be in good working condition, and the person borrowing is beleived to be properly certified for the use they have said they were going to use it for, then I doubt that any court would ever see a problem with it if something went wrong.
