You could always just break a chem light open and paint some old fins with the glowing liquid out of the light. Not sure if it might wash off but its a great thing to pour into a prota-shi*er tank when camping just wait and see the reaction of the next person who needs to use it that night.

Readily available. It's the Cannibox blend (no certification classes necessary -- checkout dives are optional, but usually requested by the students).

It's a technical dive gas... since you're narced before you even splash, narcosis at depth is not an issue.

Comes in one blend: 21% O2, 69% N, 10% BE...

Five minutes on this mix, and *everyone's* fins glow...

Chem light juice is somewhat oily, but not enough to stick. It'll wash off very quickly. It also fades pretty quickly outside of the casing.

Does anybody know if they make Split fins that glow in the dark?

you can make any piece of scuba gear glow!

just go diving near Three Mile Island (or for the over-achievers amongst us, anywhere near Chernobyl)
