Do these Luxfer tanks have any value?

I have two tanks that have been unused in the basement for years. They are Luxfer tanks with Sherwood 5000 valves. The codes are;
Red Tank: CTC/DOT 3AL 3000 P552295 LUXFER 04^91 S80
White Tank: CTC/DOT 3AL 3000 P493610 LUXFER 06^90 S80

Do they have any value and if not, what's the best way to dispose of them?

Sure do. As long as they're in good condition you could probably fetch $80 a piece for them.
