Do O-rings sold by McMaster or Grainger ship with batch numbers? My goal is to know years from now the age of a bag of O-rings. I suppose I could just write the purchase date on the bag, but I know The O-Ring Store includes batch numbers in their shipments.

Of course getting a manufacturing date from a batch number is another issue, but the more info the better.

Never tried Grainger, but yes from McMaster.

I used a couple of nitrile orings a couple of weeks ago from my twenty five years ago nitrile orings batch
and a couple of used ones from the over the years removed used batch as that size isn't always available
