I kinda doubt it ...but the question posed in this thread brought back some fond memories. In the early 70's you could drive down to the Keys and just pull off the road and park, as long as it wasn't private property. Used to head down with 2 - 3 friends in my VW camper loaded with tanks/gear for 2 days of diving. There was always a dive shop close to get tanks filled.

Ahhhh ...the good old days.
