The only DIY that I really like is my tank holder -- I'm fully competent at cutting up pool noodles and stuffing rope through them. Even use stainless steel washers to keep the rope knots from pulling though.

That is something I do need to make. I saw some styrofoam (?) tank holders at my LDS made by Trident but they were $14 for a 2 tank holder. And I would need 2 of them. They didnt look like they would last a year either. I have seen alot of threads about people making them with the pool noodles. That make be my next weeks project
