I have for sale the parts to make 4 battery canisters. The kit includes a canister made of schedule 120 PVC pipe, dark gray in color. It will have a PVC plug glued (cold weld) on one end. A top cover made of solid 1 inch Poly carbonite clear plastic, professionally machined to fit the open end, and all the necessary o-rings to seal the canister and modified M@G light.

The canister will be shipped ready for your finishing touches...adding your gland, draw latches, switch, or whatever you want to do to it. The kit does not include any of these parts, just the canister, lid and o-rings

If I get enough interest I can get professionally machined polycarbonite stepped lenses for the D-Cell M@G light. This will allow me to offer modified M@g light shells also.

The canister fits this battery... NiMH Battery Pack 12V 4500mAh (50Wh 10x4/3AF ) for DIY Diving light: HID / Halogen - BL-H12V4500W5

Canister cost shipped to your door on the continental US via USPS Priority mail is $50.00.

I NEED A COMITTMENT FOR 4 ORDERS BEFORE I CAN SHIP TO MEET MINIMUM SHOP REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LID

Thanks
Steve

Ok, re-read the link and see it is regulated (4 amp draw) and protected (70c thermal cut-out). Is the cell protected against overcharging / overdischage?

Any suggestion on reliable sources of the remaining parts?

or is the can the wreck size

Remaining parts can be gotten here...
