Diving without license/certification card

That's about been responsible and liabilities! Would you feel comfortable having a dive with a non certified diver? Out of air do you seriously think he will be able to preform a buddy breathing safely, what about underwater panic, buddy separation... and and and... Condoning such behavior really shows your level of responsibility! Someone like him should sent to court for endangering someone's life, I am quite amazed that and somebody like you certified Padi and Naui accepts it and even makes excuses for him?!?!?!

I'm certainly not certified through Naui. My Padi cert was given to me without a test or training. I did study for my NASDS card a few years back but I breathed a little compressed air under water before that. The guys I dive with without cards? Yeah, I'll trust them far beyond you.
