I will dive tomorrow and I cant use my reg set, (including the Cobalt hose). I do have a reg set alternative but no way to connect my Cobalt. I wonder if there is any way I can take the Cobalt with me in a non integrated way? I understand it wont tell me gas time and pressure, but I would love to at least log my dive, depths, etc.

Anyone has any knowledge if it will work that way?

Thanks

This question was answered on another thread, but just in case anyone finds this searching:

It won't hurt anything. You will get low air alarms going off for a minute. But the HP sensor is a sealed ceramic part and won't be damaged at all. Just rinse it out with fresh water when you are done.
