Diving the Reefs of Cozumel:

Awesome Stoplight parrotfish in initial phase capture. Incredible color, sharp focus, lovely pose. The Squat anemone shrimp gathering is rad. Love the texture of the sponge their hanging out on.

Shore diving at Scuba Club Cozumel:

So much to see right off shore. I foresee a run south of the border for Charlie and I in the future. Your Banded clinging crab in corkscrew anemone is outrageous! Wow... looks like an Impressionist's Forestscape!
Nice Trumpetfish pair capture. Does the color differences denote sex or age?
First-rate
Bearded fireworm still. Super sharp focus.

From Cozumel - images showing behavior:
Are Sergeant majors closely related to our Garibaldi? They certainly look similar and exhibit like behaviors.
Very cool 3 white speckled hermit crabs story and pics.

You rock so hard! Those pics are amazing. Thank you for sharing!

Wow -- that sequence with the white-spotted hermit crabs is fantastic!

We saw all three color variations of trumpetfish: bright yellow, blue-gray with purpulish head, and the most common, which is brown to reddish brown. They can pale or darken, too.

Yes, the sergeant major is in the same family as our spunky garibaldi, Pomacentridae. Good catch, Frank!

You and Charlie would go nuts there (there's fantastic snorkeling for Grace, with ladders into the water). The best part is that most fish will allow a slow, close approach - just takes a little patience and they'll go about their business right in front of you.
