Tell me about it,
I'm up here in NY and its mightly cold and blizzard-liek today with 3-6" of snow predicted for today - again. Ahh, just 'Florida Dreamin'...
 
I dove in Key Largo last month. When I left my hotel in Miami at 6:00am the outside temp was 37F. There were 15 to 20 mph winds blowing. Some of the local guys in Key Largo were wearing every piece of clothing they owned.

We made 2 dives on the City of Washington that day. The water temp was 70F
 
Yea,
funny, when I was there we had shorts and t-shirts on..everyone else had their coats on and stuff - they were FREEZING!
