Thanks. Instead of driving towards Whittier, has anyone tried to do a few hours by boat and reach Kalgin Island or further out down south? is it good water or soup?

If you like diving in zero viz mud and drifting at 8kts its great. Haha
You're gonna need to be somewhere around the Ninilchik area before water starts to clear up Cook inlet has the second largest tides in the world so it makes it tough to do anything in the inlet due to current
