Diving over Thanksgiving?

Wife is going to Italy, so I have free reign to go play. Any suggestions coming from Atlanta? Looking for some place that will have trips for 3 days, at a water temp that will not require more than a 5 mm. Thinking Morehead City, Ft Laud, Key Largo, maybe Cancun? What do you guys think? Maybe someplace that has not been mentioned? My biggest worry is to get someplace, and then have the boats not running for some reason.
