Can't answer your question about diver depths, unfortunately.
However, there is often (strangely) a big difference between the currents in WPB and in Jupiter. Last weekend, we went out on a private boat and the first buddy team experience a 4+ knot current, and were separated upon ascent. Because they were both carrying lift bags/surface markers, we had no problems. My buddy and I elected to head south to WPB and dove a shallower wreck. Current there was still pretty tough.
So, I think the overall intent of everyone's messages was that currents can change drastically day to day; just be prepared for your plan on a private boat, which sounds like you are already in good shape.
As for finding other sites, there is a book that you can get at dive shops (I think I got mine at Force-E) "Diving Guide to Underwater Florida" by Ned DeLoach. He breaks all of Florida down by area, and each site is named, described well, and gives GPS coordinates. I've found it very handy in general.
Good luck and enjoy SoFl diving!!!
