My apologies, I should of commented on the shore diving as well. You can dive tunnels with or without a guide. The parking is limited and the ideal parking spot is not obvious. You'll also want to know where to enter and exit the water due to the reef structure. Also, I wouldn't dive this location with any north swell. If you wanted a guide to make it easier on yourself, Makana O Kauai or Fathom Five dive the location frequently but only if no swell.
