Diving in Uruguay and South America

Hi all,
Yair is the name. Live in Sydney Australia. I am certified to PADI Advanced. I am looking to do some diving in Uruguay or other nearby South American Countries. I will be at a conference in Uruguay in 2nd week of Feb and want to dive either before or after. Any suggestions would be very welcome. Thanks a lot.

Welcome to SB. I have yet to dive South America so I can't offer any sugestions, but I do hope you will post a report on the diving you do.
