Sweet. Thanks for the info Dave and Drew. I just confirmed my place on the Aug 13 Manta/Blackwater dive with Big Island Divers.

I am the first and only one on the boat so far. Now I just have to hope that someone else signs up so they will take me.

I'll be there also from 7/28 - 8/3. I've booked two dives on Kona Honu Sunday night & Monday morning.

I'm looking to book up the rest of the week with early morning or evening Shore dives. I've looked into a couple of places:

Two Steps (Place of Refuge) and Old Airport. You can check them out at shorediving.com. Both look like good candidates for shore diving.
