The Cozumel dive ops are well acquainted with brand new divers and how to handle them. As long as you let your op know that you are a newbie, you'll be fine.It's the deep part. And the possible need to abort the dive due to equipment failure or getting separated and drift by yourselves for a while till your picked up.
But you seem to have it all under control after 5 dives so what do I know...

DiverSteve has provided some good advice in terms of talking to your op - in your case Blue XTSea if that is who you ultimately choose - to make sure the dive(s) are well within the ability and comfort range of divers in your party.
Seriously? You'd make a dinner reservation NOW (July 9) for a table at Kinta in December?Remember that December is high season on the island so it's not too early to reserve rental cars and even restaurants.
