Our cell service was spotty but it worked fine for the most part.
Rincon divers were good. I dove Pelican Reef with a guide and then joined my wife and her instructor for her try scuba class. She really enjoyed it. We could hear whale calls while we were doing our dive.
Viz was alright 40-50'. Not the most life on Pelican reef, but still saw some things I don't typically see in NC. The shallower reef I joined my wife on had some really cool stuff on it.
