Diving Doctors in NYC

Hello.

I hope i am posting this in the right section, i am wanting to know if anyone knows some good diving doctors in New York City.

My friend has bone spurs and we just found out about them. One is causing pressure on a nerve hence causing some numbness and sore shoulder/neck/back. She wants to learn to dive but we were wanting to consult with a great diving doctor first.
