Lot of choices, but I'll make it easy for you; Tulamben at least for a week just to experience variety of diving in Bali, surely not Raja Ampat or Komodo but still nice wreck, coral, muck/macro, wall, drift diving ect;
Goodgle map the area to see the accommodation available.
Get private guide for both of you, in fact many Tulamben operator offer 1 : 2 guide dive ratio, where you can discuss with your guide to to suit your diving style/preference. You can dive 2 - 3 - or 4 dives a day if you like it.
