Are you serious? It has been almost 2 years, and you are just now checking? If you are indeed serious, have you looked for your instructor? I'm sure many of the instructors are still around, and probably still listed with PADI. Also, I suspect any store records are gone, but your instructor might still have his records. Do you have any of your records? All these might help in resurrecting your data, but 2 years is a long time.
