I had already heard the dive boat was attended and not anchored, as is common in current areas.

This post from the victim's brother certainly does....!!

There were 4 other divers on my brothers boat that were blowing the horn and yelling to the other boat but some say they had the auto pilot on.

Too bad the news reporting doesn't bother with facts.

Anyway, this is just appalling. I hope the pilot of the offending boat is well punished.

I think Dandy Don he's going to be nail to the wall. Dont know you can fight this with all the witnesses. Good Get him....My wife and I all most got it in the BVI's Missed us by 10ft lucky I saw the boat and pulled her down.....Mark
