Diver Death in Cozumel 20/07/2015

Although unrelated we've had 2 diver deaths locally over the weekend & in both cases the divers were very experienced. At least one is considered a medical emergency that may have been brought on by the dive but not a dive accident. Medical emergencies can result from so many activities we engage in and that's amplified as we age.

She was experienced as well and quite fit. I don't believe hers was a dive accident, either.

Very sad for the victim and her family. If I was having a medical emergency underwater I would want Dario as my divemaster.

It appears it was a heart attack. My condolences.
