DiveLog Enhancement Requests

Hello,

I use DiveLog with my Xeo and have some suggestions that likely apply to both the Xeo firmware and DiveLog itself.

1. Allow the deletion of an entry.
2. Allow the creation of a new entry based on the highlighted selection
3. Display the correct algorithm used in Deco mode. I dive the RGBM algorithm, but DiveLog always shows ZH-L16C+GF.
4. Display a gas switch as an event
