Dive Zero going to BVI or Turks- Any Advice?

We are planning on filming Issue 2 in BVI or Turks and Caicos. We will be flying down at the end of the month (Nov). We would love any information on the islands regarding where to stay for cheap, getting around for cheap, small aircraft tours to get some good video, extreme sports, night life, cool stuff to film, DIVING and just pure fun that would attract the young outgoing divers.

Please let us know, any advice would be greatly appreciated!:D
