I don't think it's gonna happen. Heavy wind and waves are projected. The Peace already cancelled its trip.

The conditions really are not the best. But it is doable. When we got out the lifeguards told us the beach is now closed for diving.
I went today as a buddy needed to get in the water before next weekend. Below is the conditions. You could really feel the swell at depth
Place: Seal Rock Crescent Bay
Time: 0910 5/22/10
Surf: 2-5ft (It wasn't that bad, know your limits)
Viz: 2-7 ft (At times I checked to make sure I could see my hand in front of my face. There was a lot of sentiment due to the swell, though the fish seemed to like it)
Surge: Heavy
BT: 47min
Max Depth: 42ft
Temps: 64/60F (It felt warm as its not 50)
