Dive tech out of Canada make a long cannister light that sits comfortably along most tanks rather than like a small child off your hip.

They come in 22 inch and 27 inch models but the less than 2.5 inch diam keeps it's profile low.

I saw one once and was impressed because of the streamlining -
has anyone had or heard of experiences with these.

Are they worth it or just gimmicky ?

how much are they charging for them? 22-27" is really long. Halcyon's are about 10", the stealth is about 8", the one I built is about 7" all diameters are 2.5". But more importantly, mounting it on the tank is a bad idea IMO. You can't turn it on/off on your own, it's prone to snagging, if it does snag, you can't free it yourself, and finally, its not as streamlined as putting it under your shoulder.

About 800 CAD for the basic and up to 1500 CAD for the Professional pack.

These are international prices but within the US they have a distribution network so you have to talk to a local distributor.

Can always contact them for details

Obviously not a big seller on this board !!
