Dive Skin questions?

So I was wondering what type of dive skins people buy, where you get them and If anyone goes commando under them? Also If anyone knows where you can get them with attached hoods and gloves. Like these ones in the pic? If it makes any difference Im 5'3 so is it hard to find them in smaller sizes

I haven't bought any yet, but I'm looking here: Warm Water Diving Skins by the DiveGoddess

I don't see attached hoods and gloves, but it doesn't look as if size shouldn't be a problem.

Anyone have any experience with them?

My wife and several others I know have skins by DiveGoddess; very cool patterns, very good customer service as of several years ago
