That would be Crystal Cove State Park (Reef Point). How about Patterson's Cove?

Max, you are 100% correct. These two were my top choices for diving Orange County. HORSE PASTURES for freediving and SCOTCHMAN'S COVE for tanks.
Sorry to say I don't know about Patterson's Cove. Could you post information on it and where it is located ?
