I've only found one in my area (Trier), are there any others? I can't speak german so I have a hard time finding places

Pop over the border into Luxembourg. Our LDS speaks very good English and has most of what you need and can order heaps of other stuff. They are about to go a bit "technical" so if you want Nitrox etc. it will be on stream by the end of September. (Closed Mondays)
