I own a Dive Rite Travel Wing and am looking to switch to a Dive Rite Venture wing, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me the difference in exterior dimensions of the two. Is the venture to small enough to travel with?

I'm also wondering about that. They both have 30lb lift, but the Venture wing can handle a 120.

From the Dive Rite web site:
AL63, E7-65, E7-80, AL80, E7-100 Travel Wing
AL80, E7-100, E7-120, E8-119/LP95, E8-130/LP104, LP120 Venture Wing

If the Venture wing can handle a 120, why won't the travel wing? I was in Cozumel and dived with 100cf tanks. There are a few shops with 120s. What would be the issues in using the travel wing?

Hmmm... I use a SP X-Tek and Trav-Tek wing which is only 28# lift and I dive with an HP120 and 36# of lead. Of course I also wear a 7mm full suit.

I dive with HP 100 and 120's wet and with a drysuit. I also dive in Cozumel and other warm water sites with LP 95 and 120's and have a 40 lb. wing. I have never inflated my wing more than about half way on the surface after a dive. I don't dive with any weight when I use a steel tank,

When I dive doubles, HP 120's, I use a Dive Rite 55 lb. wing and it will float my rig on the surface even with two deco tanks clippled off when everything if full.

If both wings have the same lift you're probably not going to see an advantage of one over the other.
